Moody's reviews Orascom

Moody's Investors Service said it placed Orascom Telecom Holdings SAE's B2 corporate family rating and Caa1 senior unsecured bond rating on review for downgrade.

The review was prompted by the challenging operating environment in Algeria, lack of clarity over the outcome of the tax dispute with Algerian authorities and concerns over liquidity, in part arising from the problems in Algeria, according to the agency.
