Orange announces plans to price sale of three-year fixed-rate notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 25 – Orange SA plans to conduct an offering of fixed-rate notes due 2019, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call and then a par call.

BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and MUFG are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The telecommunications company is based in Paris.
