S&P boosts Orange Unified, Calif., school bonds to A+

Standard & Poor's said it raised its underlying rating to A+ from A on Orange County School District, Calif.'s outstanding certificates of participation school revenue bonds, series 2003.

In addition, S&P said it assigned an A+ rating to the district's $94.765 million of index-rate taxable retirement health benefits funding bonds, series A.

The outlook is stable.
