New Issue: Orange County School Board, Fla., brings $182.36 million certificates

New York, March 24 – The Orange County School Board of Florida sold $182,355,000 of series 2016C certificates of participation, said a pricing sheet.

The certificates (Aa2/AA) were sold through senior manager J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

The COPs are due 2020 to 2034 with 3.375% to 5% coupons and yields from 1.22% to 3.47%.

Proceeds will be used to advance refund the board’s series 2008D and 2009A certificates of participation.
