Orange County School Board, Fla., preps $62.09 million sale of COPs

New York, Dec. 6 - The Orange County School Board of Florida plans to sell $62.09 million of series 2012A refunding certificates of participation, according to a sales notice from the underwriter.

The certificates (Aa3/AA-/AA) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as the lead manager.

The COPs will be priced on a day-to-day basis.

Proceeds will be used to refund the board's series 2001A certificates of participation for a debt service savings.
