S&P rates Orange County, Fla., school COPs AA-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA- long-term rating and stable outlook to Orange County School Board, Fla.'s $105 million of series 2008B certificates of participation.

At the same time, S&P said it affirmed the AA issuer credit rating and stable outlook on the school board.

The outlook is stable.
