Moody's gives A1 to Orange County, Fla., schools

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A1 underlying rating to Orange County School Board, Fla.'s $105 million of certificates of participation, series 2008B (variable-rate certificates).

At the same time, Moody's said it affirmed the A1 underlying rating on the district's outstanding parity certificates.

Sale of the 2008B bonds is expected on April 10.
