Moody's gives A1 underlying rating to Orange County, Fla., school bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A1 underlying rating to Orange County School Board, Fla.'s $86.6 million of certificates of participation, series 2008A.

Moody's also affirmed its A1 underlying rating on the district's outstanding parity certificates as well as the district's Aa3 issuer rating and stable outlook.
