New York, March 2 – The Orange County Sanitation District of California priced $145.09 million of series 2016A wastewater refunding revenue obligations, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/AAA/) were sold competitively.
The bonds are due 2020 to 2039 with 4% to 5% coupons with yields from 0.83% to 3.11%.
Proceeds will be used to prepay the district’s series 2009A certificates of participation.
