Orange County Sanitation, Calif., preps $145.09 million wastewater deal

New York, Feb. 26 – The Orange County Sanitation District of California is set to price $145.09 million of series 2016A wastewater refunding revenue obligations on Wednesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/AAA/) will be sold competitively with Public Resources Advisory Group as the financial adviser.

The bonds are due 2020 to 2039.

Proceeds will be used to prepay the district’s series 2009A certificates of participation.
