Orange County Sanitation, Calif., arranges $131 million bond offering

New York, Jan. 7 – The Orange County Sanitation District of California is set to price $131 million of series 2015A wastewater refunding revenue obligations on Tuesday, according to a notice of sale.

The obligations (/AAA/AAA) will be sold competitively with Public Resources Advisory Group as the financial adviser.

The obligations are due 2028 to 2037.

Proceeds will be used to prepay and retire a portion of the district’s series 2007B certificates of participation.
