New Issue: Orange County Sanitation, Calif., sells $120.9 million short-term debt

New York, Oct. 1 – The Orange County Sanitation District of California priced $120.85 million of series 2014 revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes, according to a pricing sheet.

The notes (/AAA/AAA/F1+) were sold competitively. The winning bidder was not immediately available Wednesday evening.

The notes are due Nov. 15, 2016 and have a 4% coupon priced at 107.563 to yield 0.32%.

Proceeds will be used to refund the district’s series 2013A revenue certificate anticipation notes.
