Orange County Sanitation, Calif., preps $129.69 million debt Thursday

New York, Sept. 27 - The Orange County Sanitation District of California is set to price $129.69 million of series 2013A revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes on Thursday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes (/SP-1+/F1+) will be sold competitively with Public Resources Advisory Group as the financial adviser.

The notes are due Oct. 16, 2014.

Proceeds will be used to refund the district's series 2012C revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes.
