New York, Oct. 3 - The Orange County Sanitation District of California sold $129.69 million of series 2013A revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes, said a pricing sheet.
The notes (/SP-1+/F1+) were sold competitively, but the issuer did not immediately return calls for the winning bidder Thursday.
The notes are due Oct. 16, 2014 and have a 2% coupon priced at par for a 0.17% yield.
Proceeds will be used to refund the district's series 2012C revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes.
