New Issue: Orange County Sanitation District, Calif., brings $66.4 million of wastewater bonds

New York, Aug. 13 - The Orange County Sanitation District of California priced $66,395,000 of series 2012B wastewater refunding revenue bonds, said a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/AAA/AAA) were sold competitively with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. winning the bid, according to district spokesman Michael Gold. The true interest cost came in at 1.5%.

The bonds are due 2019 to 2026 with 3% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to refund the district's series 2000A-B certificates of participation.
