New York, Feb. 28 - The Orange County Sanitation District of California sold $92.8 million of series 2012A wastewater refunding obligations, according to a pricing sheet.
The obligations (AAA/AAA) were sold competitively, but calls to the issuer for the winning bidder were not immediately returned Tuesday.
The bonds are due 2031 to 2033 with 3% to 4% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to refund the district's series 2003 certificates.
