New York, Oct. 19 - The Orange County Sanitation District of California sold $131.7 million of series 2012C revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes, according to a pricing sheet.
The notes (/SP-1+/F1+) were sold competitively. The issuer did not return calls for the winning bidder by press time Friday.
The notes are due Oct. 30, 2013 and have a 2% coupon priced at 101.786.
Proceeds will be used to refund the district's series 2011B revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes.
