New Issue: Orange County Sanitation District, Calif., sells $143.21 million notes

New York, Nov. 3 - The Orange County Sanitation District of California priced $143.205 million of series 2011B revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes, according to a pricing sheet.

The notes (SP-1+/F1+) were sold competitively with Wells Fargo Bank, NA as the winner. The true interest cost came in at 0.226953%, said Mike White, Orange County's controller.

The notes are due Nov. 9, 2012 and have a 2% coupon priced at 101.764.

Proceeds will be used to refund the district's series 2010B revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes.
