Orange County Sanitation, Calif., to sell $142.98 million of notes

New York, Oct. 28 - The Orange County Sanitation District of California is expected to price $142.98 million of series 2011 revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes on Wednesday, according to a notice of sale.
The notes (SP-1+/F1+) will be sold competitively with Public Resources Advisory Group as the financial adviser.
The notes are due Nov. 9, 2012.
Proceeds will be used to refund the district's series 2010B revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes.
