Orange County Sanitation District, Calif., reschedules $157 million sale of revenue obligations

By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, Nov. 24 - The Orange County Sanitation District of California has rescheduled the pricing date of its previously announced $157 million sale of series 2010C wastewater revenue obligations to Monday, according to an amended notice of sale.

The obligations were initially slated to price on Nov. 16 but were cancelled because of market conditions.

The obligations will be sold competitively with Public Resources Advisory Group as the financial adviser.

The maturities for the bonds (/AAA/AAA) have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to finance improvements to the county's wastewater system.

The district, based in Fountain Valley, Calif., provides wastewater and sewage treatment services for the coastal regions of Orange County.
