New York, Nov. 9 - The Orange County Sanitation District of California priced $154.665 million of series 2010B revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes on Tuesday, according to a pricing sheet.
The notes (/SP-1+/F1+) were sold competitively, but the winner could not be determined by press time Tuesday night.
The notes are due Nov. 23, 2011 and have a 2% coupon priced to yield 0.36%.
Proceeds will be used to pay at maturity the district's $165.865 million of series 2009B revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes.
