Orange County Sanitation, Calif., to price $154.88 million certificate anticipation notes

New York, Nov. 4 - The Orange County Sanitation District of California is set to price $154.88 million of series 2010B revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes on Tuesday, according to a notice of sale.
The notes (/SP-1+/F1+) will be sold competitively with Public Resources Advisory Group as the financial adviser.
The notes are due Nov. 23, 2011.
Proceeds will be used to pay at maturity the district's $165.865 million of series 2009B revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes.
