Orange County Sanitation, Calif., to sell $157 million wastewater obligations Nov. 16

New York, Nov. 4 - The Orange County Sanitation District of California is scheduled to price $157 million of series 2010C wastewater revenue obligations on Nov. 16, according to a preliminary official statement.

The obligations will be sold competitively with Public Resources Advisory Group as the financial adviser.

The maturities for the bonds (/AAA/AAA) have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to finance improvements to the county's wastewater system.
