Orange County Sanitation, Calif., to price $200 million COPs Wednesday

Tupelo, Miss., March 13 - The Orange County Sanitation District in California plans to price $200 million in certificates of participation through a competitive sale on Wednesday, according to a notice of sale.

The series 2009A certificates have serial maturities from 2010 through 2039.

Public Resources Advisory Group Inc. is the financial advisor.

The proceeds will be used to finance improvements to the wastewater system.
