Orange County Sanitation, Calif., to sell $165.42 million certificate anticipation notes Nov. 10

New York, Nov. 3 - The Orange County Sanitation District of California plans to sell $165.415 million in series 2009B revenue refunding certificate anticipation notes on Nov. 10, according to a notice of sale.
The notes (/SP-1+/F1+) will be sold on a competitive basis with Public Resources Advisory Group as the financial adviser.
The bonds are due Dec. 1, 2010.
Proceeds will be used to refund existing notes.
The county seat of Orange County is Santa Ana, Calif.
