Orange County Sanitation District, Calif., to price $180 million COPs

New York, Nov. 21 - The Orange County Sanitation District in California plans to sell $180 million in series 2008C certificates of participation, according to a preliminary official statement released Friday.

The certificates (/AAA/SP-1+/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Banc of America Securities LLC as the senior manager.

The COPs are due Dec. 10, 2009.

Proceeds will be used to refund the district's outstanding series 2006 COPs.
