Orange County, Calif., set to sell $150 million in TRANs via JPMorgan

New York, June 5 - Orange County in California is set to price $150 million in series 2009-2010A tax and revenue anticipation notes, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes (MIG1/SP-1+/F1+) will be sold through senior manager J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.

The notes are due June 30, 2010.

Proceeds will be used for general county expenditures.
