Orange to redeem $1 billion 4.125% notes due September 2021

New York, March 2 – Orange plans to fully redeem its $1 billion of 4.125% notes due September 2021, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed April 1 at a price equal to the greater of par and the sum of the present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest discounted to the redemption date on a semi-annual basis at a rate equal to the treasury rate plus 0.35% per annum.

Orange will also pay interest.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Orange is a telecommunications company based in Paris.
