Oracle in the market with five-, seven-, 10-, 20- and 30-year notes

Charlotte, N.C., June 29 – Oracle Corp. is in the market with a series of notes due 2021, 2023, 2026, 2036 and 2046, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The note maturity dates are Sept. 15, 2021; Sept. 15, 2023; July 15, 2026; July 15, 2036 and July 15, 2046.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include stock repurchases, payment of cash dividends on common stock, debt repayment and future acquisitions. Pending application of the net proceeds, Oracle intends to invest the net proceeds in investment-grade securities.

The computer software and technology company is based in Redwood City, Calif.
