Moody's rates Oracle notes A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 rating to Oracle Corp.'s pending $3.25 billion in new unsecured notes. The issuance includes 10- and 30-year notes.

The proceeds will be used to refinance recently matured and soon-to-be matured debt, Moody's said, and for general corporate purposes.
