Oracle files automatic shelf

New York, May 10 - Oracle Corp. filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3ASR with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Covered by the shelf are common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants, purchase contracts and units. Debt securities may be structured as convertibles.

The Redwood City, Calif., enterprise software company said that proceeds will go toward general corporate purposes.
