Oracle to sell notes due 2026, 2028, 2031, 2041, 2051, 2061

Knoxville, Tenn., March 22 – Oracle Corp. intends to offer fixed-rate notes in six tranches, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are due in 2026, 2028, 2031, 2041, 2051 and 2061.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including to repay the entire $1.5 billion of the company’s 2.8% notes due July 2021, to repay the entire $4.25 billion of its 1.9% notes due September 2021 and to repay the entire $2.5 billion of its 2.5% notes due May 2022.

The computer software and technology company is based in Redwood City, Calif.
