New Issue: Singapore's Optus Finance sells A$75 million fixed-rate notes due 2018

Atlanta, Nov. 28 - Singapore's Optus Finance Pty. Ltd. priced A$75 million of fixed-rate notes due Dec. 5, 2018, according to a company announcement.

Credit Agricole was the bookrunner for the transaction.

Other details of the issuance were not disclosed.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Optus Finance is a subsidiary of Singapore Telecommunications Ltd., a broadband services provider based in Singapore.
