Option Care files $70 million shelf

Washington, Jan. 24 - Option Care Inc. filed a shelf for up to $70 million in debt securities and common stock, according to an S-3 registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The filing also allows for convertibles.

Based in Buffalo Grove, Ill., the provider of out of hospital drug injection services said it would use proceeds from offerings permitted by the shelf for general corporate purposes.
