Fitch affirms Optima Faktoring Hizmetleri

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Optima Faktoring Hizmetleri AS's national long-term rating at BBB-(tur).

The outlook is stable.

The rating reflects Optima's small size within Turkey's financial system, its weak asset quality and a challenging operating environment, Fitch said.

The rating also acknowledges the company's strong capitalization, good management and adequate liquidity, the agency said. Operating performance is driven by Optima's core factoring business, Fitch added.
