Scopus shareholders reject Optibase proposals

Charlotte, N.C., June 16 - Scopus Video Networks Ltd. said none of Optibase Ltd.'s proposals were approved at Scopus' special meeting on Monday.

It was previously reported that proxy voting advisory firm RiskMetrics Group recommended Scopus shareholders approve the proposals to declassify the Scopus board of directors and to elect a slate of directors.

Herzliya, Israel-based Optibase is a provider of equipment for professional video applications in the broadband internet protocol, television, broadcast, government, enterprise and post-production markets.

Scopus, located in Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel, develops and supports digital video networking, offering video gateways, encoders, decoders and network management products.
