By Toni Weeks

San Luis Obispo, Calif., June 7 - The Oppenheimer Short Duration Fund added Adam Wilde as portfolio manager to the fund, effective July 22.

According to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Wilde joins existing portfolio manager Christopher Proctor and replaces Carol Wolfe.

The fund seeks income and invests in short-term, fixed- and floating-rate dollar-denominated investment-grade debt securities with a maturity of not more than three years.

New York-based OppenheimerFunds, Inc. is the investment adviser to the fund.
