Oppenheimer: three funds' class B shares no longer for sale on June 29

Minneapolis, Dec. 20 - Oppenheimer Funds announced that effective June 29, 2012, class B shares will no longer be offered for sale for the Oppenheimer Real Estate Fund, Oppenheimer International Diversified Fund and Oppenheimer Select Value Fund, according to 497K filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Oppenheimer is a New York-based mutual fund company.
