New Issue: India’s Arman Financial allots Rs. 378 million of 13.15% debentures

Olympia, Wash., March 3 – Arman Financial Services Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors allotted Rs. 378 million of 13.15% senior secured nonconvertible debentures.

The debentures have a face value of Rs. 1 million each and were issued on a private placement basis.

Out of the 378 debentures, 189 were allotted to AAV Sarl (Luxembourg) and 189 were allotted to Masala Investment Sari (Luxembourg) through Indian custodian Deutsche Bank AG, Mumbai Branch, according to the notice.

Arman is an Ahmedabad, India, non-banking finance company.
