Fitch affirms Opole at BBB(pol)

Fitch Ratings said it has affirmed the Polish city of Opole's national long-term rating at BBB(pol) with a stable outlook.

Fitch said the rating reflects the improving local economy, high liquidity, low debt and limited contingent liabilities.

However, the rating also takes into account weak operating performance, low self financing capacity, high operating expenditure on education and pressure on capital expenditure, the agency said.
