Open Range Communications' unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Oct. 19 - Open Range Communications Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by Region 3 U.S. Trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members include Thor Erickson of Velocitel, Inc. of Irvine, Calif.; Chris Kendall of Cloud 10 Corp. of Denver; Carl Fitch of Statera Inc. of Englewood, Colo.; Steven Mark of BCI Communications Inc. of Fair Lawn, N.J.; John Lee of Frontera Consulting, based in New York; Jacalyn Shapiro, representing SBA Properties Inc., SBA Towers II, LLC, SBA Structures, Inc., SBA Towers, LLC, SBA Infrastructure, LLC, SBA Sites, Inc., SBA Site Management, LLC, SBA Steel, LLC and SBA Towers III, LLC; and George Alex of 52 Eighty LLC of Weston, Mass.

Open Range Communications is a broadband company based in Greenwood Village, Colo. The company filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 6. Its Chapter 11 case number is 11-13188.
