Ontario Teachers’ Finance Trust to price benchmark notes

Tupelo, Miss., Sept. 11 – Ontario Teachers’ Finance Trust plans to price a dollar-denominated and benchmark-sized offering of notes in a Rule 144A, Regulation S 3c7 deal, according to a market source.

Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are the bookrunners.

Ontario Teachers’ Finance Trust is a Toronto-based trust and part of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board.
