Moody's: Seven Ontario issuers' views negative

Moody's Investors Service said that in conjunction with the revision of the Province of Ontario's outlook to negative, it has also revised the outlooks for seven linked issuers.

The following issuers have been revised to negative:

• City of North Bay - outlook changed to Aa1, negative from Aa1, stable;

• 55 School Board Trust - outlook changed to Aa1, negative from Aa1, stable;

• Ontario School Boards Financing Corp. - outlook changed to Aa2, negative from Aa2, stable;

• Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corp. - outlook changed to Aa1, negative from Aa1, stable;

• The Hospital for Sick Children - outlook changed to Aa1, negative from Aa1, stable;

• University of Ottawa - outlook changed to Aa1, negative from Aa1, stable; and

• University of Toronto - issuer and outlook changed to Aa1, negative from Aa1, stable.
