New Issue: Ontario sells $500 million 2.5-year floaters to yield Libor plus 5 bps

New York, Jan. 31 - The Province of Ontario sold $500 million of 2.5-year floating-rate notes (Aa2/AA-/) at par to yield Libor plus 5 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday.
The notes are non-callable.
Bookrunners were Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
