Onondaga County Cultural Resources, N.Y., to sell $65.18 million debt

New York, Aug. 30 - The Trust for Cultural Resources of the County of Onondaga, N.Y., is expected to price $65.18 million of series 2013 revenue bonds for Syracuse University, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa3/AA-/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as the underwriter.

The bonds are due 2014 to 2033 with a term bond due in 2038.

Proceeds will be used to make a loan to Syracuse University for renovations to existing university buildings on the Syracuse campus and on properties in the Town of Onondaga.
