Online Resources investor adds director candidates for election on May 6

By Lisa Kerner

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 6 - Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC affiliate Special Value Opportunities Fund, LLC is nominating three candidates for election to Online Resources Corp.'s board of directors at the company's 2009 annual meeting of stockholders on May 6.

The candidates are John Dorman, former chairman, president and chief executive officer of Digital Insight Corp.; Edward D. Horowitz, former president and CEO of SES Americom; and Bruce A. Jaffe, former corporate vice president of Microsoft Corp., according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Special Value Opportunities Fund said the nominations are in reaction to the failure of Online Resources' board to consider the shareholder's suggestions, which included splitting the roles of chairman and CEO and reviewing strategic alternatives.

Tennenbaum Capital, investment adviser to Special Value Opportunities Fund, beneficially owns 7,447,570 shares, or 21.9%, of Online Resources, a Chantilly, Va.-based web-based financial services company.
