OneRoof secures $9.05 million of notes, $50 million construction loan from Black Coral

Charlotte, N.C., June 15 – OneRoof Energy, Inc. announced that Black Coral Capital, LLC, a current investor in the company, funded $9.05 million of working capital to the company in the form of secured nonconvertible notes.

In addition, the company signed a $50 million 6% construction loan facility maturing on May 31, 2018, with Black Coral.

The funds will be used to finance construction of new solar projects for the company’s Solar 2.0 national growth strategy, according to a news release.

OneRoof Energy is a residential solar services provider based in San Diego.
