Fitch assigns BBB to Oneok notes

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB rating to Oneok Inc.'s offering of senior unsecured notes.

The agency affirmed Oneok’s BBB ratings on Dec. 17.

The proceeds will be used to repay commercial paper, repay other indebtedness, and for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
