ONE Gas to repay 2.07% senior notes due 2019 via new notes due 2048

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 1 – ONE Gas, Inc. plans to repay its $300 million 2.07% senior notes due 2019 using proceeds from an offering of notes due 2048, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will also use proceeds from the new notes to repay amounts outstanding under its commercial paper program and for general corporate purposes.

ONE Gas is a natural gas distribution company based in Tulsa, Okla.
