Tupelo, Miss., Sept. 14 – OneAmerica Financial Partners, Inc. priced an upsized $400 million of 4.25% 30-year senior notes (A-/BBB+) on Monday at a Treasuries plus 287.5 basis points spread, a market source said.
Initial guidance was at the 312.5 bps spread area.
The deal was upsized from $350 million.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC were the bookrunners.
The company held fixed income investor calls for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering last week.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
